Bio:
Zaid Laffta is a network engineering leader with over 17 years of experience building and
managing global-scale network infrastructure. His focus areas include Wi-Fi
engineering, SD-WAN, enterprise security, and complex routing and
switching solutions.
He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at
UC Merced, combining academic research with hands-on expertise in
designing high-performance, resilient networks for modern enterprises.
